Breaking Digest previously reported that an illegal alien from Ecuador, Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi sexually assaulted a 13-year-old NYC girl. He is currently being held in New york, charged with rape, predatory sexual assault, kidnapping and several other felonies.
Now Fox News’ Bill Melugin has revealed some shocking details about the circumstances that enabled Inga-Landi to be in the United States and commit the heinous acts.
According to Melugin, ICE confirmed that Inga-Landi was caught in Eagle Pass, Texas by Border Patrol back in June of 2021 and was released into the US with a future court date. In February of 2022, a judge ordered him to be deported but, of course, it never happened.

Inga-Landi’s release into the United States placed on the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) non-detained docket. According to Melugin, this docket now has 7.4 million cases, with each ICE officer responsible for managing a staggering 7,000 cases.
