Earlier this week, a New York man was arrested in Florida for vandalizing a truck displaying an anti-Biden bumper sticker.
The incident occurred when the man was caught on camera scratching a green Toyota Tundra that was parked outside a store in the Florida Keys.
Local law enforcement approached the man two days later and confronted him with the video evidence. The man admitted to keying the vehicle when questioned by the officer. When asked about his motive, he responded that it was because of the “Let’s Go Brandon” sticker on the truck.
“I scratched it,” he confessed. When pressed further by the officer about the bumper sticker, the man acknowledged his actions, stating, “I guess it infuriated me. I did it.”
The suspect was informed that he is likely to face felony charges, as destruction of property exceeding $1,000 is considered a felony in Florida.
