South African rapper Costa Titch died suddenly this weekend hours after performing at a music festival in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Titch, whose real name is Constantinos Tsobanoglou, was only 28 years old.
Video from the event shows Titch fall over on stage before being helped back onto his feet. Titch then gets up for several seconds before collapsing again.

His family confirmed the sad news on Instagram.
“Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson. Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), whom South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name ‘Costa Titch.’ It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time. We are thankful for the emergency responders and all those present in his last hours on this earth.”

Festival organizers shared their condolences following the sad news.
