During her latest appearance on The Sunday Show, Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) stated, “Having Trump not only having the codes but now having the classified information for Americans and being able to put that out and share it in his resort with anyone and everything who comes through should be terrifying to all Americans.”
Plaskett then continued, “He needs to be (shot) — Stopped.”
The Democrat Representative and Ranking Member of the House Weaponization Subcommittee said the quiet part out loud.
Plaskett, a Delegate to the House of Representatives from the US Virgin Islands and a Democrat, made an accidental remark during her recent interview on MSNBC.
While appearing on The Sunday Show, Plaskett expressed concerns about President Trump’s access to sensitive information and his potential to share it at his resort with various individuals. She highlighted that this situation should be alarming for all Americans.
However, in a Freudian slip, Plaskett went on to say, “He needs to be (shot) — Stopped.”
Whoooops.
Initially shared by Jake Schneider, the Deputy Director of the Republican National Committee (RNC), the video has now been reposted by multiple other accounts.

Plaskett had previously assumed the role of impeachment manager during Trump’s impeachment trial, showing her disdain for Trump and MAGA Republicans.
In a statement made last month, Plaskett asserted that “MAGA Republicans are a threat to the rule of law in America.”
