Over 30 states have initiated official proceedings to exclude President Trump from the 2024 election ballot, citing the 14th Amendment.
Taking a stand against Biden and the left, at least one conservative state Senator is now co-sponsoring a bill to block Joe Biden from appearing on the 2024 Presidential ballot in their state.
Missouri state Senator Bill Eigel has co-sponsored this bill, citing the ongoing illegal immigrant crisis at the border as a primary reason Biden is deemed to have betrayed America and should thus be disqualified.
Eigel explained his reasons for co-sponsoring the bill in a recent press release:

In a post on X State Senator Bill Eigel wrote: “They are never going to stop. This is why I am filing legislation that would disqualify Biden from the ballot in Missouri.”
“If radical leftists continue to push lies and fairytales in an attempt to kick Trump off the ballot in their states, Republicans have no choice but to buck up and fight back— use the facts to remove Biden from the ballot before he destroys this county even further.”

According to NBC News, Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft is also implementing measures to protect ballot access for President Trump nationwide:
Ashcroft said he plans to file an amicus brief — in support of neither party — warning the Supreme Court of what he believes will happen if Colorado’s disqualification is allowed to stand.
“If Democrat states are saying we’re not going to let these Republicans run, you bet you’re going to see the same thing happening from Republican states. And it’s not good,” Ashcroft said.
Breaking Digest previously reported that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the cases of President Trump being removed from the ballot in Colorado and Maine and oral arguments will begin on February 8.
As a result, Colorado’s Secretary of State Jena Griswold announced that President Trump will be included in the state ballot as the election ballots have been certified.
Colorado’s 2024 Presidential primary ballot is certified. The United States Supreme Court has accepted the case, and Donald Trump will appear on the ballot as a result.
