Top Trump ally and Arizona Republican Gubernatorial candidate, Kari Lake, has officially filed to run for the U.S. Senate.
Lake, who had previously hinted at a potential Senate run, has now officially completed the required FEC paperwork.
Following the filing of her paperwork, Lake met with several Republican Senators, including Lindsey Graham from South Carolina, John Cornyn from Texas, and Ron Johnson from Wisconsin.

NBC News reported:
Republican Kari Lake, who lost the race for Arizona governor last year to Democrat Katie Hobbs, filed the papers to run for the Senate on Monday.
The seat is held by Kyrsten Sinema, a Democrat-turned-independent who hasn’t said yet whether she will run for re-election.
On Tuesday, she put up a social media post teasing a bit announcement coming in a week.
Lake’s “Announcement Rally” is scheduled for Tuesday and will take place at Jetset Magazine, located at 15220 N 75th St, Phoenix, Arizona 85260. You can register for tickets here.
