Cory Alvarez, the Haitian illegal alien who was arrested for raping a 15-year-old disabled girl at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts in March of this year, has been released from jail on $500 bail.

A leftist judge in the Plymouth Superior Court opposed the District Attorney and put a child rapist back on the streets.

Alvarez was required to wear an ankle monitor as part of his release conditions. However, due to Boston’s status as a sanctuary city, federal officials do not have jurisdiction over his location.

A grand jury indicted Alvarez on one count each of Aggravated Rape of a Child with 10 Year Age Difference and Rape of a Child by Force.
