Joe Biden sat down for an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt to discuss the assassination attempt on President Trump.

In a shocking breach of security, a gunman climbed onto a roof next to Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and opened fire. He grazed Trump’s ear, killed one rally attendee, and critically injured two others.

Immediately following the failed attempt on his life, President Trump raised his fist and shouted, “Fight! Fight! Fight!”

Thankfully, President Trump survived the assassination attempt, which many are calling a miracle.

The incident occurred just one week after Biden made veiled threats against Trump.

On a phone call with Democrat donors on July 8, Biden said, “It’s time to put Trump in the bullseye.”

During an interview with George Stephanopoulos a week before the shooting, Biden made another veiled threat. Stephanopoulos mentioned that he had never seen a president with a 36% approval rating get re-elected. Biden denied the 36% approval rating and issued a cryptic threat.

“Wouldn’t a clear-eyed political calculus tell you it’s going to be much tougher to win in 2024?” Stephanopoulos asked Biden, referring to the abysmal polls.

“Not when you’re running against a pathological liar. Not when he hadn’t been challenged in a way that he’s about to be challenged,” Biden said with a sinister look on his face.

Lester Holt confronted Joe Biden about his repeated incendiary rhetoric that has now resulted in the attempted assassination of President Trump.

“You called your opponent ‘an existential threat’, on a call a week ago, you said it’s time to put him ‘in the bullseye,'” Holt said to Biden.

“I didn’t say ‘crosshairs,'” Biden replied.

“Yeah, the term was bullseye,” Lester said, correctly Biden.

“It was a mistake to use… I didn’t mean, I didn’t say crosshairs, I meant bullseye, I meant focus on him, focus on what he’s doing,” Biden said, scrambling to distance himself from his dangerous rhetoric.

Watch:

“Have you taken a step back and done a little soul-searching on things that you may have said that could incite people who are not balanced?” Lester Holt asked Biden.

“I have not engaged in that rhetoric,” Biden claimed.

This is a blatant lie.

Biden has repeatedly threatened Trump and his supporters, referred to him as a “dictator”, and a “threat to Democracy” as well as spreading hoaxes, such as the debunked “Bloodbath,” “very fine people,” “suckers and losers” hoaxed about President Trump in an effort to demonize him.

And we have the receipts.

“Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic!” Biden said during the darkest and most divisive speeches ever given by a sitting president.
