Independent reporter Mark Halperin told Newsmax that Joe Biden is expected to drop out of the 2024 presidential race as early as Sunday.
Prominent Democrats such as Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, and Hakeem Jeffries are expressing doubts about Biden’s viability.
Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries are reportedly working behind the scenes to undermine Joe Biden.
According to Mark Halperin, Biden is not expected to endorse Kamala Harris and will not resign the presidency.
Halperin mentioned that there will be an open convention featuring Kamala Harris and about three other candidates. He suggested potential running mates for Harris, including Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro.
