On Friday, Joe Biden traveled to Madison, Wisconsin to hold a campaign “rally.”
The highly built up event was a complete flop.
The tiny crowd was jammed into a corner of a local middle school gymnasium.

Biden confidently declared, “Guess what, they’re trying to push me out of the race. No! I’ll beat Donald Trump. I’ll beat Donald Trump. I will beat him again in 2020!”
